In the name of Balac, please, don't make swarmlauncher better. Now they are a nigthmare, I play in ADS and forges are only a pet (sometimes) but swarms are terrible now.

What about caldari ADS ROF? Why that nerf? A 70% to a skill that costs x8? Now that skill is useless, I can understand reduce thatRof from 10% to 5%, but only 3% per level? Really? Are CCP kidding me? Or do you think I'm stupid!? Maybe some peopl...
